Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment as well as the other method listed below. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch) and SOLO cards if you would prefer to pay via Cheque, Bank Transfer or for us to process your card payment over the phone please note down your order number. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Delivery Schedule If an order is received before 12.00pm on a Working Day we will aim to despatch these the same day for Next Day Delivery. Orders after this cut off point cannot be guaranteed for same day despatch. Larger orders will be sent via TNT and Delivered before 6.00pm, smaller orders will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded. Please note ALL orders will require a signature. |

Returns Policy We operate a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee, please note this does NOT include shipping. We do not refund shipping costs.
